The aim of the founding club was to be a social group that would also aid the collegiate chapters in Texas.

Today, the Houston Alumnae Chapter has more than 350 members and is one of over 200 Alumnae Chapters. The mission of the Houston Alumnae Chapter is to perpetuate the bonds of friendship, foster interest in the fraternity, and enrich the lives of our members and our community.
